We sincerely apologize to all our Heirs for the ongoing server instability and various issues that have occurred following the update on August 27.
We take this matter with the utmost seriousness, especially knowing how eagerly so many of you have been awaiting the Epic Seven 8th Anniversary Update. You have shown us immense support and affection at recent offline events and across various channels, making it more deeply regrettable that we were unable to provide a stable in-game service and repeatedly caused you inconvenience during such a meaningful time.
We take this series of errors deeply seriously and with heavy hearts. We will thoroughly review our internal processes to identify the root causes of these recurring problems and make comprehensive improvements. Through these efforts, we are committed to enhancing our development and service stability to ensure a satisfying gaming environment for our Heirs.
We will do everything in our power to provide a stable gameplay experience that is worthy of the unwavering support and love you continue to show us as you stay with us for our 8th anniversary.
To express our heartfelt apologies, we will distribute the following compensation.

I have finished all side story, so i allowed to start any now.
Yesterday i started a new side story, the one with Brigitta, and the shop didn't reset, i almost have nothing in it.
It's very annoying because i wanted the bookmarks and 1 mola of course, i guess it's a bug, please fix this.

1...bring back Repeat Battle, dump quick battle, who even uses that... and its a pita to have to turn it off, every single manual run..or anytime i wanna run anything

Honestly, they really ought to test these updates a week in advance; there are micro-stutters in the Arena on both mobile and web. It's absolute crap...

Hello I'm sorry I would like to keep raising issues regarding server connection issues. after this patch it went nuts. then got fixed for a while but now it went nuts again.. I'm still struggling to connect to the server. sometimes it goes through, but it will eventually disconnect due connection to server lost. My server is at Asia. Hope it goes well

The Background system is amazing, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work for any progress in Daily Missions, Guild Missions, or Side Stories......
Please bring back the REPEAT BATTLE button so we can farm this content while still being able to enjoy our characters’ animations!
Let us, as players, choose whether we want to farm using Repeat Battle or Background Battle. That would be a great improvement for everyone!
Please don’t simply remove one of the game’s signature features and force us to either play manually or play PvP just to see our characters’ animations.
Give players the choice. Keep both systems!
Just fyi. The 20 summons where in my Mailbox but not beeing able to summon those. Heads up and pls fix the fix :-)

They really have to improve their communication
Guys just check for how many more days you have the free +20 pulls per day instead of saying it didn't work. It says in this post that it extends the time of the free +20 pulls everyday if you already claimed the one we got last monday, not that we get another new one with +20 pulls everyday (which would have meant 60 pulls for a few days if you claimed the one on monday).
Im guessing the old 20 summons hasnt officially cleared out until like the date change...still like hrs left...just a guess
Now...please bring back Repeat Battle...why would you scrap that...scrap quick battle...that d9esnt count anything, same as background battle...im positive you didnt pre-test that
Its lousy enough to have to run manual, and not be able to do anything else, and then every start i have to toggle off the stupid quick battle default...its awful with pita thrown in
You cant even run 10 altars if you get that task, the slider bar,and "i" have to compute, only options are 8 or 12 runs...wtf is that

Uncharted Pioneer Politis isn't a limited hero right? she's a standard hero seems like, right? why she's not in the convenant banner pool? I rememeber that all the past heroes was put in the convenant pool the same release day.... Or am I wrong or I miss something ?
When a non-limited character is released, they remain on their banner for three weeks and then move to the covenant pool.

yo i have 200 bookmarks yesterday after doing secret shop shit, and guess what? today i log in and about 50 bookmarks disappear like a dust

As much as I love this game, this has been disappointing. I’ve logged in every day for the last 5 years, never seen it this bad before, so this is pretty surprising. The only thing I wish for this anniversary event is a better drop rate % instead of what it currently is; or at least a discount on summons for new units. Idk man, I’m burnt out tbh 🤷🏼♂️
Can you atleast acknowledge everything? Instead of acting like this was just server crashes. You literally broke half the game while still rolling out unappealing updates under the guise of a great thing. You can keep throwing bookmarks at us, but at this point its not about compensation if the company literally will not admit fault and target the issue or rollback bad updates, all while expecting us to buy the next 450 dollar pack to solve a problem you created.

i claimed the 20 summons for the mail and no Apply nothing and The server in Europe is bad ; it's impossible to do normal content.
I had the 40 free summons unspent, applied the new 20 summons but still with 40 instead of 60.
Whats is going on.
I want mystic instead… I spent 1k mystic just to keep being bug out

So now I expect compensation for the compensation...
So the summon ticket you got, was the exact same as the one we got before, it extended the 7 day timer to 14 days.
They are so cooked for not saying it though, because everyones already mad and thinks it didnt work lol.
There’s been no Free Summons 20 times or anything like that happening at all. Sometimes I’m just tired of complaining about these kinds of issues. Hopefully, they’ll fix this issue as soon as possible.
