Why are all these f2p trashplayers complaining about bugs/patch failures of a FREE GAME. Keep begging for mystics, scum.
The begging is just sad, I'll agree with you there. But don't you think we deserve to at least be able to play the primary mode of a PvP game to get our daily rewards?

Lets try not be so negative, they are trying their best with all the patches. At least new contents are rolled out rather than not.

I do understand that the 8th Anni is a bit of a mess right now... But shouldn't we be more proud of the fact, that the game is still there after 8 years instead?
If I was a player, that's disappointed, wanting to complain about the fact, that my beloved game is not working, then I'd rather try to do that in a supportive way, instead of doing it in a destructive way - Cause in the end I don't wanna risk the game to shut down, I want the game to be fixed and maybe even get compensated for my patience in the end instead.
But if everyone makes such a big drama, it will just lay so much pressure on the devs, that they will come up with some rushed solutions, which might get things even worse.
I'm certain the devs know for themselves how big of a mess it is, and they will also compensate us fairly, so it's not necessary to insult and hate that much imo.

If you know more about business, players are the same as the customers. If the players don't have what they need after spending much money, it would become disappointment, and disappointment would become rage for some people and it's not a bad things. Think that rage as an input for the dev. If they work professionally, the would understand the situation. So, in my opinion, your statement would make the situation become more worse, instead calming down the situation. Just like the buzzer do their job.

SG you still have time to turn this around; however, it may be time to restructure your QA/QC process prior to release.

1. For newer players disabling the Arena literally stopped their Path of Heir progress for 1 day.
2. For people who are converting energy into cores, disabling the Arena forced you to spend 800 stamina instead of 10 Arena runs to max out event rewards per day.
3. GW being open while EEs were disabled meant that some key characters underperformed, hindering the Mystic medals income on a critical time when the most broken character in the game is on rate-up.

After 8 years where your testing server? Where you can test updates before apply it to main server. After so many hours of maint, few patches it still not work properly. And its not about what compensation will be and when, its about how game will work at all. IF they not fully fix this errors - expect even bigger issues when collab n new game mode will be out. And IF this game mode have no continuation after disconnect/crash - expect some **** on 20-30 min roguelike run anytime... Good job on make worst anniversary

Honestly, what saddened me the most—beyond it being an uneventful anniversary lacking anything interesting—was the confirmation that we won't be getting reruns of the old collaborations; as a player and a collector, I really wanted the chance to summon those characters. I don't think you realize just how much the players wanted those old collab reruns, but someday i think you'll understand that not doing them was a mistake.
why is your game breaking content mandated for the orbis(beginner's) guide? surely after 8 anniversaries, y'all could have made a game that is accessible to new players .
So let me get this straight;
Happy 8th anniversary, to celebrate, we've announced a collaboration thats cheap for us because we own a failing game and are just using that and everybody hates, a unit thats op as hell, but we messed up your mystics and discounts, we won't be giving those back. We broke exclusive artifacts, rta, made a new game mode that crashes and eats your resources, broke auto battling and made it all around worse anyway, we've introduced time limited bookmarks so you cant save and have to pay now for units, also weve introduced 12 more currencies for everything so you cant just use skystone anymore, that way you need to spend more money. And dont forget we also introduced that new summon for artifacts that you missed for collars, but hey you could still get stuff you dont want.
we did Remove gold cost for unequips... too bad we increased .material cost for EVERYTHING ELSE. Old things that were easy are now hard. **** you smilegate.
This anniversary is a disappointment. Multitude of bugs that break the game. Web Event that is too zoomed in on mobile and sometimes doesn't register anything, Exclusive Equipment skills not working, the new Repeat Battle system being utter garbage forcing everything done in multiples of 80 and using it doesn't count towards certain tasks, and a personal opinion the obsession with bunny outfits, with many more problems that other players have had to deal with.
Truly a disappointment
Hi, honestly, I think they should cancel today's Guild War as well, because any defenses that rely on an Exclusive Equipment are basically missing it, and anyone attacking with characters using them without realizing it could fail simply because of that.
