[GM] Apology and Compensation for Inconvenience Following the Update [36]
Hello, Heirs.
This is GM Dominiel.
First and foremost, we would like to once again sincerely apologize to all of our Heirs who have experienced prolonged inconvenience due to the instability that occurred following the update.
While carrying out stabilization work for the connection issues previously announced, we identified an issue related to the new content, "The Call of Chaos," that was placing additional load on the servers. As a result, we temporarily suspended the content and carried out additional stabilization work.
"The Call of Chaos" will be made available again after the identified issue has been resolved and its stability has been thoroughly verified. We will provide further details, including the reopening schedule, through a separate notice at a later date.
The 8th Anniversary update was prepared as a gift to express our gratitude to all of our Heirs who have been with Epic Seven over the past eight years and to repay the incredible support you have shown us.
Despite this, we created a situation where the very Heirs who had been looking forward to the 8th Anniversary update were unable to properly access Epic Seven or enjoy the new content.
We should have been fully prepared to deliver the 8th Anniversary update in a more stable environment. We take seriously our failure to do so and the disappointment we have caused by not meeting the expectations you placed in us.
Providing a stable service and ensuring that our Heirs can enjoy the content we have prepared without disruption is one of the most fundamental commitments we must uphold.
We will take this incident as an opportunity to thoroughly review our advance preparations and response procedures and make the necessary improvements so that future major updates can be enjoyed in a more stable environment.
While we understand that the following compensation cannot fully make up for the inconvenience and disappointment you have experienced, we would like to provide the rewards below as an expression of our sincere apology for keeping our Heirs waiting for such a long time.

Once again, we deeply apologize for falling short of the expectations of all our Heirs who waited for the 8th Anniversary update and came to enjoy Epic Seven.

i dont need compensation pls just fix the game, i want to play a working game and not a buggy mess, your competing with tft on the amount of stuff not working properly
WHY IS auto-arrange on background battling NOT OPTIONAL? I ABSOLUTELY do not want your pre-defined metrics to be the deterministic factor for WHAT TO SELL OR NOT. I can do it MANUALLY thanks. Please make it a choice of player to use this. For any single thing, you should not be forced to use an automatic system as the decision maker. I lost so much gear to this.

I used my 10x mystic summons and didn't give me anything pls give me back my mystics :(
Call of Chaos is still very unstable, I've failed to connect 3 times already when finding a match and that counts as a loss!! Please fix this instability, it feels awful to try the new mode and keep getting forced off and lose my tokens
i think ,i just found a bug on this game.
Ffs fix the summons we lost while summoning on lisette all the discounted ones were deducted, y'all can't provide a stable service during your anniversary which is dry as hell as well, you guys were doing such a good job but fumbled again and also not withholding the promise of balanced units, wth is this lisette unit she's just brain dead Opie how did this even pass out through the balance team.
I press 1 10x summon, server lag and dc and when I logged back in it show I already made 5 10x summon. What was that? my mystic gone just like that?
SIMLEGATE, PLS PLS PLS fix the background battle system. For a while now auto-selection has disregarded flat integer SPEED main stat on boots. The imposition of COMPLUSARY background battling and the removal of auto-battle has FORCED us to auto-sell/extract such gear.
Therefore, for the same number of 100 xleifs we now received LESS gears and of LESSER gear quality. Revert the system or FIX this IMMEDIATELY.
Would it be that difficult to let us choose between background and repeat battle depending on what we need?
Just to add in my experience to all the comments already mentioning it, I did 2 mystic 10 pulls (1000 mystics) that got subtracted but didn't reduce my pity, and as far as I could tell I didn't get any units, I do have auto sell on so its possible both 10 pulls were all blue with no 4*+, but still I'm much more concerned about the pity issue
I was trying to do 20 summons but I see I didnt receive anything where did they go?

Solo aparecen esos 7 personajes, y mi pregunta es: ¿qué pasa si todos los que llevamos tiempo jugando solo tenemos esos 7 héroes? ¿Recibimos un personaje duplicado y monedas de la tienda? Supongo que sí, pero mi verdadera pregunta es: ¿POR QUÉ NO INCLUYEN TODOS LOS PERSONAJES QUE SE HAN LANZADO HASTA ESOS 7? Sinceramente, esta ha sido una de las peores ediciones de aniversario...
Refund my Mystic Medals that didn't register because the server disconnected before pulling units 😕
There is no way you are not addressing the issue with summons not triggering but consuming pull currency. We had no idea if we pulled the hero we wanted to or not, we wasted summons willy nilly. At least 2000 mystics are in order for this blunder. You've made the community at large waste precious resources in a meta where not having the newest hero puts you at a big disadvantage.
Why Mystic Summons Feel So Stingy? i lost 2500 mystic summons and 300 galaxy summons but i no have 5ML what????! Are you stingy?

What about the people who summoned while the servers were acting up? Because there are people who pulled items but didn't receive them in their accounts, or ended up performing more summons than they intended...
BRO, take back covenant summons and give us mystics.
dont give a damn about Covenant summons, I want to know where the extra mystic summons that were taken when summoning went.
