[GM] 8/27 (Thu) Additional Notice Regarding Connection Issues [47]
Hello, Heirs. This is Epic Seven.
First and foremost, we would like to sincerely apologize to all of our Heirs who have been waiting for the Epic Seven 8th Anniversary update for the significant inconvenience and disappointment caused by the extended maintenance and the connection issues that occurred following the maintenance.
In preparation for the large number of Heirs we anticipated would log in following the 8th Anniversary update, we expanded our server capacity in advance and took precautionary measures. However, the number of connections within a short period of time exceeded our expectations, resulting in difficulties accessing and playing the game normally.
We subsequently deployed additional servers on an emergency basis in an effort to resolve the connection issues. However, as the instability is still ongoing, we are continuing to carry out stabilization work to provide a stable service environment.
Today should have been a day for our Heirs who have been waiting for the 8th Anniversary update to enjoy the new content with excitement. Instead, we have kept you waiting for an extended period of time without being able to access the game, and for this, we are truly sorry.
We will provide additional updates regarding the ongoing stabilization work and any further developments as soon as more information becomes available.
Once again, we sincerely apologize to all of our Heirs who have been waiting for such a long time.

If you are having a connection issue, why persist in summoning?
Isn't it common sense to wait than push your luck?
I mean it is quite obvious there is a server issue, but nope, you all decided that you can't wait and decided to blame SG for your impatience?
I agree with you, tha same error happens to me, and it's my fault(anxiety) to summon, thats **** happens, lets go for next ld and pray for lisette come in normal/galaxy summon.
That was the worst summoning session I ever had since Ive started playing E7. Did my first mystic 10-pull , screen kept showing loading screen, then instead of 10 - pulls, it looks like I did 30??? How does it even work? And i cant even see this way what did i summon or if i summoned anything and it wasnt a one time thing. It happened multiple times during my summons. Worst summoning session ever..

I lost my mystic medals please help
I didn't receive the ring and 100 Leifs from the 8th anniversary rewards. When I first managed to get into the game (during the period when it kept disconnecting), it showed that I had received the Luna skin reward, and then I got disconnected from the server right away. After that, nothing else ever showed up. The ring and 100 Leifs are missing too!?
It took so long just to get into the game, and now I have to deal with this too. I'm really disappointed right now.
Didn't get my ring of leifs either, but i did get the skin. Nothing in the email or anything
iiztYeah, we're not the only ones having this problem. I asked some of my friends on Discord, and they had the same issue. If you got disconnected right after receiving the Luna skin, before the remaining rewards (the ring and 100 Leifs) appeared, you only got the skin. No matter how many times you restart the game, you still won't receive the rest. It's so damn frustrating today, when this should have been a good day.
This warrants a FREE Lissette for everyone who got affected by the server malfunctions. 😡😖😠

Why u take away my free summons? how do they expire? At least give a notice asking not to summon for the time being.

I’m genuinely shocked how long this wait has been, 3 hours after maintenance and the disconnection problem still exists, guess I’ll have to wait till tmr to log in. Sighs

Smilegate finally figured out how to make a truly limited unit:
Instead of giving a limited time with RNG to pull on a banner, make the login a RNG event where 90% of the player base can't even play.

**** OFF #Epicseven we waited so many hours just to get shafted and 100 times of repeating connection errors during summoning like you stupid SG trying to stop our luck during summoning.
Give our mystic medals back that used in this connection error period. i believe summoning without any connection disturbance we might get our ML unit but with this continues disconnection costs our luck and shafted.fuck off SG nice way to start this aniversary

I am utterly disappointed in the utter failure that the team has brought to the players of Epic Seven. It is absolutely disgraceful that after 8 years of being in service, issues such as this continues to happen. The sheer incompetence that the team and management has brought today is terribly disappointing. I am writing for many when I say we need compensation for all of this mess which has brought many people inconveniences. We have wasted enough time waiting for your team to fix this display of utter incompetence and disappointment.
